When guests or patients press the wireless call button at tables, beds or service counters, the device sends instant radio signals. The signal is received synchronously by two terminals: wall-mounted LED display screens showing the caller’s number, and portable watch pagers worn by staff.

Once alerts pop up on both devices, staff get real-time vibration & screen reminders to offer timely service. After finishing service, staff can clear the call record via their pager.
